30-Day Guarantee

You may request a refund or reprint within 30 days of receiving your order.

We offer reprints if:

• The product has a printing or production defect

We do not offer reprints or refunds if:

• The uploaded design file was low resolution or poorly prepared
• There are minor color differences between screen and print

Design Guidelines

• Use high-resolution artwork (minimum 300 DPI)
• PNG or PDF formats are preferred
• Transparent background if required

Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check all information before placing your order.
